Tension Release

A series of gentle stretching exercises to relieve tension in postural muscles of the head, neck and shoulders make up this program.  This is particularly effective for those who spend much of their time at work in the same postural position for extended periods of time.  When done intermittently throughout the day, these simple stretches can do a lot to prevent pain in the upper back, neck and arms.
