Restricted Joint Movement

A joint can lose mobility because of injury or prolonged immobilization such as casting.  To help you return to full function, treatment will include manual therapy techniques performed by the therapist to restore joint function. You will also learn some range of motion exercises to help you maintain your range of motion and prevent future restrictions.
