Repetitive Injury Prevention/Management

Many of the pains we experience occur because of certain motions or activities that we repeat over short periods of time. This could happen at work, home, or during recreational activities.  At Sandy Physical Therapy you will be taught how to perform these tasks in a manner that will decrease the amount of stress produced, allowing you to continue your usual activities without pain.
