Posture

You will begin with a detailed examination to determine how your posture varies from the "ideal" posture.  You will then be taught range of motion as well as posture strengthening exercises to improve your alignment.  You will also learn how to alter your position during normal daily activities such as sleeping or driving a car to improve your posture.
