Conditioning

We provide treatment for two types of conditioning.  First, we provide joint specific conditioning.  This is used for someone who has one area of his or her body that needs conditioning such as an area that has been in a cast or a joint that has been operated on.  The other type of conditioning is more general. This is for someone who needs to improve conditioning throughout his or her body.  Exercises will focus on cardiovascular fitness and activity tolerance.
