Balance Training

At Sandy Physical Therapy, you will be taught a group of exercises aimed at improving your balance. Initially, the exercises will focus on balancing on level surfaces.  As you progress, the exercises will advance to single leg stance on varied surfaces. This training will help you become safer and increase your confidence in walking without losing your balance.  More Info
